Job Description :
The Personal Care Assistant provides non-medical support to clients, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, mobility support, errands, light housekeeping, and companionship.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and daily activities
- Support mobility and safety within the home
- Run errands and assist with grocery shopping
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
- Observe and report any concerns to supervisors
Minimum Qualifications:
- PCA certification or relevant certification
- Relevant experience in PCA, at least a year
- Reliable, caring, and respectful attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
